Post Camp Staff Meeting at 5pm | Camp Centered Study at 6pm | Potluck and Slideshow at 7pm
We’ve had a lot of fun and done a lot of work at camp. Now let’s encourage our campers to use what they’ve learned at camp and check-in with them. This will be a great opportunity to encourage them to come to one of the places where we worship. We should have a guest speaker at Chapel Hill that evening. We hope that this helps create a support network for our campers beyond camp.
We also want to take this opportunity for the staff to come a little early (around 5-ish) and have a post-camp meeting to discuss what went well, what could be improved, and what some of our favorite moments of camp were.
The add-a-dish will be open to all our campers, staff, and those in attendance at Chapel Hill that evening…so EVERYONE! We’re hoping for a big crowd so bring your favorite dish!
